For those who have made a reservation and completed the admission form, please check your email from a school domain account to receive the Assessment  Enrollment Form. Then select the mode of payment and submit.

•  Old students should present Form 138/Report Card.
• New students and transfer students must complete any required requirements.
• Claim Assessment form through the Assessment window before proceeding with the payment.
