Enrollment Procedure

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open! 

  1. Accomplish Online Registration

     https://caburlottoschool.edu.ph/admission-form

  2. Check email

    For those who have made a reservation and completed the admission form, please check your email from a school domain account to receive the Enrollment Form. Then select the mode of payment and submit.

  3. Assessment
    •  Old students should present Form 138/Report Card.
    • New students/Transferees must complete any required requirements.
    • Claim Assessment form through the Assessment window.
  4. Payment
    • School's Cashier

    • Online Payment: PAYMAYA or GCASH at 09178292622
            Deposit Payment (OTC) at any BPI Branch
            BPI Mobile Banking Payment Transfer

      Online Bank Payment Procedures:
          Pay the exact amount as indicated
          Encode STUDENT NAME and STUDENT NUMBER
          Scan or screenshot your deposit slip or confirmation receipt and send it via email to [email protected]

        Please remember that the official receipt will be emailed to the accounting office after we comply with the bank's procedures.
